On the 3rd November classes 2C, 3C and 2B went to Bologna to see the V&A exhibition about the famous artist David Bowie. We met at 8 o’clock at the car park and we set off towards Bologna by coach. We arrived there at 10:30 and we walked to the Mambo Gallery. When we arrived, there were a lot of people. Unluckily we didn’t have a booking so we had to wait a long time. Finally we got in to see the exhibition. There was another long queue inside, so we practiced being patient 😉
At the exhibition you weren’t allowed to take photos … but we found some on the web.
We wore headphones and while we moved the soundtrack changed according to our position. There was a lot to see and the exhibits were really interesting for us, as we study Fashion and Graphic Design at school.
We particularly enjoyed listening to his music and the magic atmosphere created by the mega-screens showing videos of the artist. If it is touring your country you should visit this exhibition, it is definitely a “MUST”!!!!
